Authorship Statement

The Editorial Board of the Law Journal of the National Academy of Internal Affairs assumes that all listed authors agree with the content of the submitted manuscript, have given their explicit consent to its publication, and have obtained the necessary approval from the relevant institutions or organisations where the research was conducted.

Authors listed in the manuscript confirm that they:

  • made a significant contribution to the development of the concept or design of the research, or to the collection, analysis, or interpretation of data;
  • drafted the article or revised it critically for important intellectual content;
  • approved the final version of the manuscript for publication;
  • accept responsibility for all aspects of the work, ensuring that any issues related to accuracy or integrity are appropriately investigated and resolved.

The Editorial Board encourages collaboration with colleagues involved in the research and expects their inclusion as co-authors if they meet all the above authorship criteria. Contributors who do not meet all authorship criteria should be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section.

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the authors declare that:

  • the work has not been published previously, nor is it under consideration for publication elsewhere;
  • the submission has been approved by all authors and by the responsible authorities of the institution(s) where the research was conducted;

if accepted, the manuscript will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language.
