Complaints Policy
The Law Journal of the National Academy of Internal Affairs is committed to ensuring that all complaints are handled in a fair, transparent, and impartial manner. Complaints may be submitted by authors, reviewers, readers, or any other members of the academic community.
Complaints may relate to the peer review process, editorial decisions, breaches of publication ethics, conflicts of interest, or instances of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, or data fabrication.
Submission of complaints:
All complaints must be submitted in writing to the official editorial email address: naia@lawjournal.com.ua. The complaint should clearly describe the issue and, where possible, include supporting evidence or documentation.
Complaints are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or members of the Editorial Board who have no conflict of interest in the matter. All submissions are treated as confidential, and complainants will normally receive a response within 30 calendar days.
Where a violation is confirmed, the editorial office may take corrective actions, which may include issuing a correction, publishing an explanatory statement, or retracting an article in line with the COPE Retraction Guidelines.
