Articles are accepted in Ukrainian and English (British English). Manuscripts in English are considered only if they are either originally written in English or professionally translated. Submissions produced using automated electronic translation tools are not accepted.
Articles should be submitted in electronic format to the editorial office at naia@lawjournal.com.ua or via the journal’s website.
Each submission must be accompanied by a separate file containing the authors’ details in both Ukrainian and English: full name, academic degree, academic title, position, place of employment, institutional postal address, contact telephone number, ORCID ID, and e-mail address.
Manuscripts must be original, scientifically novel and relevant, well-structured, correspond to the journal’s scope, and comply with the principles of academic integrity.
All submissions undergo mandatory double-blind peer review. The decision on publication is made by the Editorial Board, taking into account the reviewers’ recommendations.
IMPORTANT: Once a manuscript has been submitted, changes to the list of authors (addition, removal, or reordering) are not permitted.
