The content of the specialist’s work on preparation for interrogation, formulation of questions for various categories of interrogators, assistance in the application of tactical methods, establishment of psychological contact with the interrogator are revealed and analyzed. It was established that in the investigation of crimes against the safety of production, mainly interrogate: witnesses (witnesses) of an accident, the victim, officials, employees of the enterprise, representatives of control and supervisory bodies, persons who participated in conducting a technical investigation of an accident at work. The content of the assistance of a specialist, which includes clarification of circumstances related to the conditions of production activity, the organization of production processes, the duties of interrogators and other participants in production activities, the procedure for the execution of certain works, is determined and disclosed. Considering the opinion of the specialists of the control and supervisory bodies, an algorithm for interrogation taking into account the peculiarities of interrogation of the officials and the issues of the organization and legal regulation of production activity, the system and structure of the duties of the interrogator regarding observance of normative requirements on occupational safety and safety are proposed. The expediency of thorough preparation for interrogation of employees of the enterprise is substantiated and the possibilities of use of special knowledge for the increase of the effectiveness of such interrogations are revealed.
