Investigating the issue of state power, the author came to the conclusion that it has become a public carrier of ensuring the integrity of society and provides the coherence of its components. The state power of any country is carried out on the principle of "containment and countervailing", which over the long period proved the effectiveness of such coexistence. In particular, the executive branch of power, called with the help of administrative management, realize the orders of the legislative branch of power. Public administration is one of the types of practical activity of the functions of the state that realize the legislation of each country. Often in practice there is a problem regarding the organizational structure of state bodies, and, therefore, their authorities. A radical change in the legislation that governing the relations of state organs of power authorities creates significant obstacles for individuals and legal entities in realization various categories of rights and freedoms, including the right to receive certain services in the law-enforcement sphere. In the article the author discovers the concept of state bodies and their main their signs that there is a structured collective organization of state servants, distributed on the principle of territoriality, where each territorial body has the status of a legal entity, which stipulates the presence of his authority, which, with the help of special means and methods, is called to perform specific tasks that are consist in performance of state functions. On the basis of such signs and with the help of current legislation of Ukraine, structural and organizational elements of state executive bodies are generalized by author. Investigated typologization of organs of state power is proposed to be considered on the example of the national police of Ukraine.
