Joint order №346/1025/685/53 from 19.10.2006 was approved by order of interaction of state control and revision service of the Prosecutor’s Office, Interior, Security Service of Ukraine. After the adoption of the joint order in force entered the new edition of The Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution", "On the national police" were adopted by other laws – a joint decree requires the cancellation and acceptance of the new order of interaction that will ensure the efficient conduct of the bodies of state financial control unscheduled revisions within a reasonable time to implement the prosecutors and pre-trial investigation functions assigned to them The Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine. This scientific paper contains proposals for regulations proposed project State audit service new order of interaction that will ensure compliance Code of Ukraine and improve interagency balance of rights and obligations between the pre-trial investigation authorities and State audit service.
